Holistic psychotherapy and counseling is for your whole-person; your mind, your body, your heart and your connection to something greater than you, for some it’s called your spirit. It's holistic therapy for mind, body, spirit healing.

I provide individual counseling, holistic psychotherapy, group therapy, skills building groups & continuing ed groups. The holistic psychotherapy and counseling I provide is a therapeutic process. I do not offer family therapy or couples counseling.
I mainly work with adults who are experiencing transitions and feeling off or removed from the daily life they need and desire. People who are feeling overly stressed, anxious and /or depressed or moody. They may:

The adults I work with come from all backgrounds: They may be people who are highly sensitive and/or have sensory processing sensitivity. They may be caregivers or household managers or in a helping profession or in various jobs or diverse professions.
Even though I work largely with adults, I do receive referrals for and work with children, & adolescents, under certain circumstances. I'm an ally to the LGBTQIA community, people of color, cultures and faiths.
In my holistic psychotherapy and counseling practice, there are some situations and conditions that I am unable to treat. These conditions require more than I have available in my private practice. Please read about those conditions and situations that are outside the scope of my practice here.
